ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Oversee daily assembly oor operations for high-quality

components

Drive a culture of continuous improvement by executing Kaizen ideas, maintaining

5S standards, and establishing Poka-Yoke systems to eliminate 7 manufacturing wastes.

Utilize 7 QC tools, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and CAPA to

resolve line abnormalities swiftly, ensuring minimized PPM and zero-defect output.

Handle the setup, calibration, and routine oversight of Clinching/

Crimping machines, torque tools, jigs, and xtures to eliminate equipment idle time.

Monitor and document critical line metrics (OEE, MTTR, MTBF); log

comprehensive production data and shift performance parameters into SAP.

Conduct hands-on training for newly joined operators regarding machine operations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and workplace safety protocols.
