About the Role
HelloVerify is looking for a detail-oriented Background Verification Executive to manage end-to-end employment, education, address, identity and reference verification processes while ensuring quality, compliance, and client SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct end-to-end background verification checks as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates, employers, educational institutions and vendors.
- Validate documents and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely case closures.
- Follow up through calls and emails to obtain verification responses.
- Identify discrepancies and prepare investigation notes.




- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and data privacy standards.
- Support quality audits and process improvement initiatives.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in Background Verification, KYC, Operations, or related domain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good MS Excel and email etiquette.
- Robust analytical skills and attention to detail.
