Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented PCU Analyst/Associate to manage and update dental provider records, ensuring accurate provider information for seamless claims processing. The role involves validating provider data, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining records across multiple systems while meeting quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update, and maintain dental provider records in internal systems.
- Verify and validate provider information to support accurate claims processing.
- Research and resolve discrepancies using multiple applications and databases.
- Maintain data accuracy, quality, and compliance with established guidelines.




- Communicate effectively with internal teams and support claim-related activities.
- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.

Required Skills

- Robust communication and analytical skills.
- Good data entry and keyboarding skills (30 WPM with 90% accuracy preferred).
- Ability to work across multiple systems and screens.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of the US Insurance or Healthcare industry is preferred.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a 5-day work-from-office environment.
