About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Manager with a strong
background in digital marketing agency sales. The ideal candidate will take complete
ownership of the sales lifecycle from lead generation to client acquisition and long-term
relationship management.
This role requires a professional who understands the digital marketing ecosystem, is
confident in engaging with senior stakeholders, and is capable of driving consistent revenue
growth.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation

Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals,
and strategic partnerships.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures.
Sales & Client Acquisition
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and propose suitable digital
marketing solutions.
Lead negotiations and close high-value retainers across services such as:

- Performance Marketing
- Lead Generation
- SEO
- Social Media Marketing
- Influencer Marketing
- Pitching & Presentations

Create professional pitch decks, proposals, and presentations tailored to client
objectives.
Confidently present solutions to founders, CMOs, and senior decision-makers.
Handle objections effectively and guide prospects through the decision-making
process.





Client Relationship Management
Act as a key point of contact for sales-driven accounts during the onboarding phase.
Ensure smooth handover to the delivery team while maintaining client confidence.
Build long-term relationships focused on retention and account growth.

Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in sales within a digital marketing agency.
Proven track record of closing deals in:

- Performance Marketing
- Lead Generation
- SEO & Social Media Marketing
- Influencer Marketing

Experience selling service-based solutions is mandatory.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of the digital marketing and agency ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
High level of ownership and accountability for revenue targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Proficiency in creating sales decks, proposals, and basic sales collateral.
