- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent from diverse sources.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
- Conduct bulk hiring campaigns, frontline hiring initiatives, and source candidates through various channels such as social media platforms, skilled networks, employee referrals, etc.
- Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).
