- Maintain drawing quality and consistency throughout the project.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Architects, MEP and Structural consultants.
- Incorporate markups and revisions accurately.
- Ensure drawings comply with client CAD standards.
- Take ownership of assigned drawing packages.
Required Skills
Mandatory
- 13 years of AutoCAD drafting experience.
- Solid command of AutoCAD.
- Excellent understanding of construction documentation.
- Knowledge of:
- Interior detailing
- Joinery
- Furniture detailing
- Ceiling layouts
- Flooring layouts
- Interior elevations
- Ability to understand design intent.
Preferred
- International project exposure.
- Experience with luxury hotel or restaurant projects.
- Basic Revit knowledge.
