Job Opening Sales & Marketing /Manager (Laminates Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate recent business and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with FMCG, Food, Pharma, and Personal Care customers.
- Promote and sell versatile packaging products such as laminates, pouches, and printed rolls.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders.
- Conduct customer visits, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and payment follow-up.
- Requirements:





- 10 To 20 years of experience in Laminates/Flexible Packaging Sales & Marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
- Candidate must be willing to travel extensively for field sales, market visits, and customer meetings. Regular market visits are mandatory for business development and client relationship management.
