JobPurpose

Tosupport recoveryand asset monetization objectives by facilitating the marketing and sale of auctioned propertiesarising from NPA/default customer accounts, ensuring timely recoverywhile adhering to regulatory, legal, and internal compliancestandards.

KeyRoles & Responsibilities

- Handle marketing and sale of auctioned properties under SARFAESI Act and other applicable recovery mechanisms .

- Coordinate with internal Collections, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams for auction execution and post-auction processes.

- Engage with prospective buyers, investors, brokers, and channel partners to generate demand for auctioned assets.

- Conduct property site visits and buyer meetings in line with policies.

- Educate buyers on auction procedures including reserve price, EMD, bidding process, timelines, and documentation .

- Support buyers in completion of KYC, documentation, and post-auction formalities .

- Track auction results and assist in re-marketing of unsold assets.

- Ensure availability and accuracy of property-related documents including possession status and legal readiness.

- Maintain MIS, CRM updates, and periodic reports as required by management.

- Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies,



and audit requirements.

KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs)

- Recovery value achieved through auctioned property sales.

- Conversion rate of listed auction properties.

- Turnaround time for asset monetization.

- Accuracy and timeliness of documentation and MIS.

- Compliance adherence and audit observations (if any).

EducationalQualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.

- MBA Finance/ sales / Real Estate preferred.

Experience

- Real estate sales, bank/HFC auctions, ARCs, NBFCs, or asset recovery .

Skills& Competencies

- Solid sales, negotiation, and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of bank/HFC auction processes and NPA recovery framework .

- Basic understanding of SARFAESI Act and recovery regulations.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Result-oriented with high ownership and accountability.

- Willingness to travel as per business needs.

PreferredExperience / Skills

- Experience with HFCs, Banks, NBFCs, or ARCs .

- Familiarity with e-auction platforms (MSTC, e-Bkray, etc.).

- Existing network of brokers and real estate investors.

- Understanding of RBI / NHB regulatory environment .
