Experience: 6 to10 Years

Salary:50,000 80,000/month

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Interior Design Lead to handle Commercial, Retail & Automobile Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation & review of Architectural and Interior Working Drawings.
- Space Planning & Design Development.
- Flooring, Ceiling, Elevation & Detail Drawings.
- Material Selection & Construction Detailing.
- Coordination with Structural, MEP & Site Teams.
- Client Meetings & Design Presentations.
- Site Visits and resolution of execution-related issues.
- Leading and mentoring the Design Team.

Software Skills:

- AutoCAD (Must)
- SketchUp
- MS Office
- Revit (Preferred)

Preferred Project Experience:

- Shopping Malls
- Commercial Buildings
- Retail Projects
- Corporate Offices
- Automobile Dealerships
- Hospitality Projects
