Qualification:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in diesel generator (DG) maintenance and servicing.

Location: Based on project requirement. Either

- India
- Gabon OR,
- DRC(Congo).

Job Responsibilities:

- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of DG sets.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults in diesel engines and associated systems.
- Perform engine overhauling, repairs, and component replacement as required.
- Conduct routine inspections and performance testing to ensure optimum equipment reliability.
- Maintain service reports and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.

Required Skills & Expertise:





- Hands-on experience with either MTU, Cummins, Baudouin and Caterpillar diesel generator engines.
- Robust knowledge of engine mechanics, fuel systems, cooling systems, lubrication systems, and exhaust systems.
- Expertise in troubleshooting mechanical failures and identifying root causes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and service documentation.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Willingness to travel for on-site service and maintenance assignments.
