Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues, improving overall performance.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.




- Lead and motivate a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to achieve goals.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in e-commerce operations management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including their technical architecture and functionality.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising and motivating a team.
- Familiarity with operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
