We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect / Senior Architect to join our team at Dexterous Designers and Associates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling architectural projects from conception to execution, with a solid focus on technical accuracy and design excellence.
- Developing detailed Working Drawings, municipal submission drawings, sections, and elevations.
- Creating innovative conceptual designs and space planning for architectural and urban planning projects.
- Coordinating with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Managing project timelines and ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards.
- (For Senior Role) Leading a team of junior architects/drafters and reviewing technical drawings for accuracy.
