Job Description:
As an Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant at Trinamix, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend best practices to optimize their supply chain operations. Your role will involve gathering business requirements, conducting system analysis, configuring the EBS SCM modules, and providing end-user training and support. You will also participate in project planning, data migration, and testing efforts to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to gather and document functional requirements for SCM processes.
- Configure and customize Oracle EBS SCM modules, including Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure that the deployed solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide input on process design and improvement based on industry best practices and Oracle application capabilities.
- Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and providing training to end-users.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support data migration,



integrating SCM solutions with other applications as needed.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions to stakeholders.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS SCM modules, including Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in business process analysis and design related to supply chain operations.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, along with functional specification development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and team collaboration.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business scenarios.
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS reporting tools and PL/SQL is a plus.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices is highly desirable.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant Oracle certifications would be beneficial.
