- 8-12 years of core consulting experience in payments, fintech, digital financial services, preferably in leading advisory firms like Big 4 (EY/KPMG/PWC/Deloitte), Accenture etc.
- Demonstrated experience in one or more areas such as UPI, digital payments, merchant acquiring, payment gateways/aggregators, digital lending, fintech platforms, or cross-border payments.
- Proven experience in strategy development, market assessments, business analysis, operating model design, developing reports/ presentations and client-facing consulting engagements.
- Exposure to business development, proposal writing, responding to RFPs, and client account growth initiatives.
- Managerial experience leading teams of Consultants/Analysts and grooming junior team members.
- Delhi NCR based or willing to relocate (this is work from office position). Open to travel.
