Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Career Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and working professionals in selecting the right career path and educational programs. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply, while experienced candidates with counselling or sales experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.
- Understand candidates' educational background and career aspirations.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist and convert enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, and admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Work towards achieving monthly counselling and admission targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Career Counselling, Academic Counselling, Admission Counselling, Telecalling, Inside Sales, EdTech, BPO, or Customer Support will be an added advantage.

Salary
