Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee and support day-to-day production activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with different departments, and meeting production targets within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and monitoring daily production activities.
- Support inventory monitoring and material requirement planning.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedules.
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Identify production issues and escalate them to the concerned teams for resolution.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Follow and enforce workplace safety and operational procedures.




- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any relevant degree
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in production/manufacturing operations can apply.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of production processes and manufacturing operations.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
