Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned consulting skilled with deep expertise in IT Services to transform successful enterprise engagements into scalable, market-ready service offerings. The role combines solution consulting, service productization, and go-to-market strategy to build differentiated offerings that drive customer acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities across North America and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert enterprise delivery engagements, reusable assets, and customer success stories into standardized, commercially viable service offerings.
- Define offering vision, scope, target industries, customer value proposition, differentiators, delivery approach, and business outcomes.
- Develop executive-ready solution collateral including capability decks, solution briefs, case studies, value propositions, and sales enablement assets.
- Partner with Consulting, Delivery, Sales, Marketing, and Practice Leadership to ensure technical credibility and market relevance.
- Support strategic pursuits, proposals, and executive customer conversations with compelling solution positioning.
- Continuously enhance the service portfolio by identifying reusable capabilities, accelerators,



and emerging market opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

- 12+ years of experience in IT Services, Technology Consulting, or Global System Integrators.
- Proven expertise in Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, Offering Development, Practice Development, Service Productization, or Solution Architecture.
- Demonstrated success in building solution portfolios, service catalogs, GTM offerings, or consulting frameworks.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technologies such as Cloud, Data & AI, Application Modernization, Digital Transformation, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
- Exceptional business writing, storytelling, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with global enterprise customers, particularly across North America and Europe.

Preferred Background

Professionals from leading IT Services and Consulting organizations are preferred.
