Role & responsibilities

1. Initiating contact with different corporates through own leads and leads previously generated by the company

2. Face to face meetings with clients to showcase Shradha HRD and it's offerings

3. Closing out the connect with the concerned people and generating training man days for Shradha HRD

4. Generating ideas for marketing & expanding the reach of Shradha HRD beyond our traditional clients

5. Ensuring customer satisfaction through constant touch with clients resulting in repeat business for the company

6. Opening up recent markets through networking and referrals

7. Generating leads for the other business development personnel to follow up and close

Preferred candidate profile

1. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Corporate business development.



Experience of business development in the corporate training domain is a definite plus.

2. The candidate should have great communication skills and be able to showcase the company and its offerings effectively

3. The candidate should possess a "selling" attitude so that he/she is constantly able to open newer channels and methods to reach out to a wider audience

4. The candidate should have the flexibility to travel to other cities in South India for business development

5. The candidate should be comfortable and confident in situations where they are required to meet senior executives at multi-national corporations for the purpose of business development
