We are seeking an experienced and proactive Merchandiser Manager to lead our merchandising team and ensure timely planning and delivery of trims and products. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in woven and knit fabric merchandising, product development, costing, and buyer coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Team & Process Management:

- Plan trims and deliveries in a timely manner.
- Lead and manage the merchandising team effectively.
- Train, motivate, and oversee staff performance.
- Conduct pre-production meetings with factory managers regarding package dates and styles.
- Ensure shipment deadlines are met and inform senior management in case of any delays.

Buyer Coordination & Business Management:

- Handle buyer inquiries and ensure their requirements are met.
- Ensure business demands are fulfilled in terms of delivery, quality, and price.
- Follow up on current developments and production space updates.
- Verify and review costings before sending quotations.
- Obtain necessary approvals from buyers for each order.

Fabric & Production Oversight:

- Oversee the development of fabrics and timely placement of orders.




- Authorize all garment and fabric testing.
- Monitor and coordinate production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control.

Reporting & Documentation:

- Ensure proper documentation of all merchandising activities.
- Produce business figures and reports for management review.
- Maintain comprehensive records of order processing, approvals, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

- Strong background in merchandising woven and knit fabrics.
- In-depth knowledge of high-fashion garments, product development, and raw materials.
- Experience in order processing, cost analysis, and supplier coordination.
- Ability to manage change, solve problems, and deliver results.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with multiple systems, charts, and reports.
