Job Title: Account Manager / Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Project Manager to manage key client accounts and ensure the successful execution of digital marketing projects. This role will be based at the client's office in New Delhi and will work closely with both the client and internal teams to deliver projects on time and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for the client.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with Creative, Strategy, Media, Digital, and Production teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Prepare project plans, presentations, and status reports.
- Monitor campaign performance and share regular updates with clients.




- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Support new business pitches and client presentations.
- Manage project budgets, billing, and account profitability.

Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or Project Management in a Digital or Advertising Agency.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and advertising.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and coordination skills.
