Position: Project Manager Location: Gujarat Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end execution of wind power projects, ensuring timely completion within budget, quality, and safety standards.
- Plan and coordinate civil, electrical, and mechanical activities, including WTG foundations, roads, crane pads, substations, transmission lines, erection, and commissioning.
- Manage project schedules, resources, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, OEMs, statutory authorities, and local stakeholders for seamless project delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve execution challenges, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines.
- Oversee project budgets, cost control, procurement,



and commercial activities while optimizing resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and maintain all project documentation and progress reports.
- Lead testing, commissioning, project handover, and team development while driving continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
