Role & responsibilities

i) Monitor social media platforms to identify unlawful content, misinformation, disinformation, and emerging cyber-related issues.

ii) Collect, organize, and analyze online data and trends to support project activities and generate periodic reports.

iii) Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and special reports on social media trends and digital ecosystem developments.

iv) Support awareness campaigns, workshops, and capacity-building programmes related to cyber laws, digital safety, and responsible use of social media.

v) Coordinate with technical teams, legal experts, and other stakeholders for effective project implementation and information sharing.

vi) Track emerging social media trends, online narratives, and platform developments to provide timely inputs for project activities.

vii) Maintain records, documentation, and dashboards related to social media monitoring and reporting.

viii) Perform any other project-related work assigned by the competent authority.
