Job Profile/Description :
1. Full knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
2. Full knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
3. Experience regarding Setting Standard of Quality as well as Health and Safety.
4. Complete Knowledge of API/TS/ISO/HSE/EMS/OHSAS Certification.
5. Knowledge of ASTM/ASME Standard.
6. Positive Knowledge & Experience of Material Metallurgy with Certification.
7. Knowledge of Steel, Rubber, Casting and Forging materials.
8. Knowledge of Gauges and all types of Calibrations.
9. Knowledge of Third Party Inspection. PDIT, PDIR and Doc. Audit Preparation.
10. Worked as Lead Internal Auditor. Proficient in NC Reply.
11. Experience of Manufacturing/Production process meet Company QMS Standard.
12. Expression required defining quality procedure in conjunction with Quality Staff.
13. Review Customer requirements and making sure they are met with QMS Standards.
14.
Experience how to use relevant quality tools and making sure Quality Staff understand how to improve the Quality of product.
15. Experience regarding Liaison with external assessment body on all matters related to the external accreditation process.
16. Experience regarding continual improvements of QMS ensuring that evidence of CAPA taken are recorded and reviewed.
17. Ensure that Quality Objectives are set by the Top Management for measuring the performance of the QMS and that these are regularly re-viewed.
18. Ensure that a document control procedure is adopted to approve, review & update all changes to critical documents within the scope of QMS.
19. Set requirements for Raw-Materials or intermediate products for suppliers & monitor their compliances.
20. Excellent math abilities and working experience of Data analysis/Statistical method/ Graphical Presentation, Outstanding communication with leadership skills.
