Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Auditor to conduct quality audits across Delivery Hubs (DHs) and Fruits & Vegetables (FnV) Mother Hubs (MHs). The role involves executing process audits, identifying non-conformities (NCs), driving CAPA closure, ensuring SOP compliance, and supporting continuous process improvement. The candidate should be willing to travel extensively across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

Audit Execution

- Conduct quality audits across inbound, storage, and outbound operations as per the defined audit plan.
- Perform Process Audits, Audit Quality Reviews (AQR), and Daily Quality Reviews (DQR).
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned audits with 100% adherence to the audit schedule.

Non-Conformity Management

- Identify process gaps and non-conformities during audits.
- Document observations with supporting evidence and perform basic root cause analysis.
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, trends, and critical observations.

CAPA & Compliance

- Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure timely closure of NCs.
- Track CAPA implementation and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Monitor NC ageing and ensure closures within agreed timelines.

Process Compliance

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, food safety norms,



and regulatory requirements.
- Identify compliance gaps and operational risks.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve compliance.

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain accurate audit records, reports, CAPA trackers, and supporting documentation.
- Share periodic updates on audit completion, compliance status, and NC trends with the reporting manager.

Training & Continuous Improvement

- Conduct on-the-job coaching and refresher training during audits.
- Recommend process improvements based on audit findings.
- Share best practices to improve standardisation and operational excellence across hubs.

Candidate Profile

Education

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Agriculture, Food Technology, Food Science, or related disciplines.

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Auditing, preferably in Supply Chain, Warehousing, E-commerce, Logistics, or Fruits & Vegetables operations.
- Experience in process audits, compliance monitoring, non-conformity identification, and CAPA management.

Preferred Certifications

- ISO Internal Auditor Certification.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification/knowledge will be an added advantage.
