Job Description

Atain is hiring experienced professionals for our Airbnb & Vacation Rentals Process. If you have prior experience in handling vacation rental operations, guest support, host support, booking management, or customer service within the travel and hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer interactions via calls.
- Assist guests and hosts with reservations, bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of escalations.
- Provide accurate information regarding policies, bookings, payments, and property-related queries.
- Maintain quality and productivity targets as per process requirements.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of experience in:

- Airbnb Process
- Vacation Rentals
- Travel & Hospitality Process
- OTA (Online Travel Agency) Support
- Customer Service / Customer Support

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.





Graduate preferred (Undergraduates with relevant experience may also apply).

- Salary up to 45,000 CTC
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia, or other vacation rental platforms.
- Solid customer-centric approach.

- Good knowledge of reservation management and customer query resolution.
