- Good knowledge of Excel, word, outlook, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of packaging & raw materials.
- Arranging quotations from different vendors.
- Making comparisons and submitting for approval.
- Periodic review of pending indents and allied jobs.
- Pending orders reconciliation with suppliers time to time.
- Follow-ups with suppliers for time commitments.
- Keeping records of Quotations, PO filing, and Vendors Files.
- Regular follow up of dispatch status from vendors.
