Required Technical Skills

- Robust knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI Model, VLANs, STP, Routing, Switching, NAT, ACLs, and VPN.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Ruckus, Juniper, Fortinet, or Palo Alto devices.
- Experience with firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
- Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) administration.
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
- Microsoft 365 and Exchange administration.
- VMware/Hyper-V virtualization.
- Backup solutions (Veeam, Veritas, Acronis, etc.).
- Network monitoring tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix, or Nagios.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or ManageEngine.
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Bash) is an advantage.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Networking.
- Relevant certifications are preferred:
- CCNA / CCNP
- Microsoft Certified
- Fortinet NSE
- VMware VCP
- ITIL Foundation
