monitoring the performance of Instructors and Lead Instructors, ensuring adherence to SOPs,

coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving operational efficiency.

and operational planning skills, with a passion for delivering premium customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Operations Management

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all Pilates studios.

Instructor & Lead Instructor Management

Supervise and monitor the performance of Instructors and Lead Instructors.

Work closely with Lead Instructors to maintain consistency in class quality.

Ensure instructors follow prescribed teaching methodologies and safety protocols.

Quality & Member Experience

Ensure every member receives a premium studio experience.

Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.

Ensure instructors maintain excellent client engagement and retention.

Scheduling & Resource Planning

Coordinate instructor rosters and shift planning.





Manage leave planning and backup arrangements.

Coordinate studio capacity planning for classes and private sessions.

Compliance & SOP Implementation

Monitor adherence to safety guidelines and emergency protocols.

Cross Functional Coordination

Coordinate with:

HR for recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and performance management.

Marketing Team for promotional campaigns and studio events.

Recruit, interview, and onboard Pilates instructors and trainers.

Reporting & MIS

Team Leadership

Build a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture.

Conduct regular team meetings with Lead Instructors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, Sports

Management, or a related field.
