Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Planning and Forecasting: Develop comprehensive sales plans, analyze market trends, and prepare sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Market Analysis: Identify new market opportunities and competitive landscapes to develop effective sales strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business objectives. Stay current with market trends, industry developments,



and competitor activities.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.
- Valuable knowledge in critical care is highly preferred. Certification in Sales or Management.
