- Capable of effectively communicating and discussing academic strategies with faculty members.
- Ensure smooth coordination among faculty and students for achieving departmental goals and outcome measures.
- Ensure Faculty Members to practice cutting-edge teaching pedagogies.
- Monitor student performance, attendance, and mentoring systems.
- Guide, motivate, and mentor faculty members for academic excellence.
- Undertake a minimum teaching load of 8 hours per week along with administrative responsibilities.
- Support institutional events, admissions, branding, and quality initiatives.
- Contribute actively towards NAAC, IQAC, and other accreditation activities.
Eligibility
- Ph.D. in Economics with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Academic Head, Head of Department (HoD), or in an equivalent academic leadership role.
