Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced FLOW LIMS Specialist to support and enhance laboratory data management systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FLOW or similar LIMS-type platforms, along with strong knowledge of laboratory workflows, system configuration, and data integrity in regulated or enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, and support FLOW (Lab Data Management / LIMS-type system)
- Manage sample lifecycle processes, including registration, tracking, testing, and reporting
- Collaborate with laboratory users, QA/QC teams, and IT to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Customize workflows, templates, and reporting features within FLOW
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GxP, GLP, 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity)
- Perform system validation (CSV) activities including IQ/OQ/PQ documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and data-related issues
- Support system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements
- Integrate FLOW with other systems such as CDS, ELN, ERP, and instrumentation
- Maintain master data, user roles, and security configurations




- Develop and maintain SOPs, validation documents, and user manuals
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing functional and technical support
- Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives in lab environments

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with FLOW LIMS or similar lab data management systems
- Good understanding of laboratory workflows (QC, R&D;, analytical labs)
- Experience in system configuration, workflow automation, and reporting
- Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) processes
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Experience in data management and system integration
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with other lab systems such as LIMS, ELN, CDS (Chromeleon, Empower)
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or scripting
- Exposure to cloud-based lab platforms or digital lab transformation initiatives
- Background in Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Chemicals, or Manufacturing industries
- Certification or formal training in LIMS/FLOW systems
