Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter (Contract)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across business functions. The role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to attract and hire quality talent in a fast-paced environment. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen and assess candidates and present qualified talent to hiring managers.
- Drive bulk hiring initiatives and walk-in recruitment drives.
- Manage candidate communications, interview scheduling, offer discussions,



and joining follow-ups.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and engagement.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient hiring outcomes.
- Track hiring progress and meet agreed turnaround times and hiring targets.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong experience in bulk hiring and managing walk-in drives.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ATS tools, and sourcing platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Workday ATS/HRMS preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
