The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions to automate business processes,

improve operational efficiency, and drive AI adoption across the organization and client engagements. The role involves

identifying business needs and delivering scalable AI solutions, with a focus on finance and accounting processes.

- Design and implement AI-powered solutions, intelligent workflows, and business automation tools
- Identify AI opportunities across internal functions and client business processes
- Build AI assistants, intelligent workflows, and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Develop AI solutions for finance, accounting, and other business operations
- Integrate AI solutions with existing business applications and client systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions
- Research and implement emerging AI technologies to enhance business productivity and client service deliver

The ideal candidate should have:





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or business automation
- Solid proficiency in Python
- Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Financial Modeling, and business workflows, with the ability to design AI solutions for finance and accounting processes.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and workflow automation
- Exposure to FastAPI, Flask, Django, or automation platforms (Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, Make) will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
