Location: Mohan Estate, Recent Delhi
Experience: 3 - 6 Years
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client accounts across diverse non-IT industries.
- Understand client hiring requirements and deliver quality candidates within agreed timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
Eligibility:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in a staffing or recruitment consultancy.
- Proven experience handling multiple client mandates simultaneously.
