Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated, tech-savvy, and academically solid professional to develop innovative teaching resources for Classes 912 across all major subjects. The ideal candidate should possess a sound understanding of school curricula, excellent research skills, and hands-on experience with AI tools to create practical, teacher-friendly academic resources.

This role focuses on leveraging Artificial Intelligence to enhance teaching effectiveness by developing high-quality classroom support material, lesson planning resources, assessment aids, and pedagogical tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create teaching and learning resources for Classes 9–12.
- Prepare lesson plans and chapter-wise teaching materials.
- Develop classroom activities, worksheets, quizzes, question banks, and assessments.
- Create teacher support materials such as:
- Learning objectives
- Common student mistakes
- HOTS and competency-based questions
- Projects and practical activities
- Remedial and enrichment activities
- Revision notes and concept maps
- Real-life examples and classroom discussion points

- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Gamma, and Canva AI to create and improve content.




- Review AI-generated content to ensure it is accurate and aligned with the school curriculum.
- Work with the editorial and design teams to prepare high-quality educational resources.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and AI tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Education or any relevant subject.
- Good understanding of the CBSE curriculum for Classes 9–12. Knowledge of ICSE or other boards will be an advantage.
- Good English writing and communication skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of AI tools for content creation.
- Good research and proofreading skills.
- Ability to create simple, clear, and teacher-friendly content.
- Ability to work within timelines.

Technical Skills:

- ChatGPT and other AI tools
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Google Workspace
- Canva or similar design tools

Preferred Experience:

- 2–5 years of experience in academic content development, publishing, EdTech, curriculum design, or teaching.
- Experience creating teacher manuals, lesson plans, question banks, assessment resources, or pedagogical content.
- Experience working with AI-powered productivity tools will be highly preferred.
