Product Manager AI
Location: vadodara-Gujrat / Gurugram-Delhi NCR
Reporting To: Vice President, Product Management

Role Overview

Required Skills & Experience
MustHave

- 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2+ years directly working on AI or LLM-powered products - you have shipped something real, not just written a roadmap for it.
- Demonstrated experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) - including the ability to run ceremonies, manage backlogs, and drive delivery without heavy process overhead.
- Comfortable operating in environments undergoing SDLC-to-agile transition - you've done this before and know what valuable looks like.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog management, sprint tracking, and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to break ambiguous, complex problems into clear, actionable product work.




- Excellent communication skills; able to hold a technical conversation with an ML engineer and a business conversation with a client operations lead in the same day.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, AI/ML, data engineering, or a related field.

Good to Have

- Experience in fintech, banking, mortgage, payments, or regulated enterprise environments.
- Practical exposure to AI/ML concepts such as document processing, workflow automation, decision support, or humanintheloop systems.
- Understanding of RAG architecture, vector database, and SQL.
- Exposure to LLM APIs and MCP concepts for integration design or product design context.
- AI/ML and/or PM certification from a recognized institution (Microsoft, Google, Coursera, etc.).
- Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps environments.
- Prior experience working with globally distributed teams.
