This role is ideal for candidates with Russian language proficiency and an interest in procurement, purchasing, supply chain operations, and shared services.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide end-to-end Russian language support for procurement and supply chain operations.
- Interpret, read, write, and communicate business information accurately in Russian and English.
- Process and validate Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Shopping Carts (SC) while supporting Purchase Order (PO) creation.
- Review procurement requests to ensure compliance with client policies, legal requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with Russian-speaking stakeholders to resolve procurement-related queries and operational issues.
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and minimize processing errors.
- Track and follow up on open requests using the defined escalation matrix.
- Participate in client meetings, business reviews, and weekly operational calls.




- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, and third-party stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3).
- 14 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Supply Chain, Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in the Russian language (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
- Basic understanding of:
- Procurement Operations
- Supply Chain Management
- Purchase Requisition (PR)
- Shopping Cart (SC)
- Purchase Order (PO) processing

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Skills

- Experience supporting global procurement or sourcing teams.
- Knowledge of procurement lifecycle, purchasing processes, and supplier coordination.
- Experience working in a BPO, Shared Services, or Global Capability Center (GCC).
- Familiarity with SLA-driven environments and quality compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
