Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruiting for US IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

- Utilize various job boards such as ATS, C2C, Dice, H1B sponsorship to source top talent.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Conduct phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.

- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the entire process.
