Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Research & Development Intern role based in Gurugram. The intern will support the content and business teams by researching startups, founders, industry trends, funding news, and emerging technologies. The role involves identifying story opportunities, gathering market insights, analyzing startup ecosystems, and contributing ideas for content, partnerships, and community initiatives. The intern will work closely with the editorial and marketing teams to ensure our content is accurate, relevant, and impactful.

Qualifications

1. Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
2. Good understanding of the Indian startup ecosystem, founders, investors, funding trends, and emerging businesses.
3. Ability to gather, verify, and organize information from multiple sources.

Curiosity to explore recent industries, startups, and market trends.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
7. Ability to think creatively and contribute fresh ideas for content and business initiatives.
8. Good time management and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
9. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic research tools.
10. Prior experience in research, content writing, business analysis, or startup communities is a plus.
11. Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology.
