Responsibilities

Operational Support

- Provide L3L4 application support for IBM Maximo
- Collaborate with L1–L2 support teams to resolve incidents and service requests
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
- Support day-to-day system stability and performance

Project & Implementation Support

- Participate in Maximo implementation, enhancement, and upgrade projects
- Support Maximo version upgrades and related testing activities
- Contribute to system configuration, documentation, and deployment activities
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions

Functional & Technical Expertise

- Configure, support, and troubleshoot Maximo modules:
- Maintenance Management
- Inventory Management
- Calibration

- Develop and optimize Maximo reports
- Work with Oracle Database, including:

- Writing and optimizing SQL queries
- Data analysis and troubleshooting

Compliance & Change Management

- Support change management processes, including impact assessment and documentation
- Participate in system validation activities, particularly in regulated environments
- Ensure adherence to internal quality, validation, and governance procedures





Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- 7+ years of relevant IBM Maximo experience
- Strong functional knowledge of:
- Maintenance
- Inventory
- Calibration modules

- Experience with Oracle DB, SQL, and Maximo reporting tools
- Proven hands-on experience in:

- Application support
- System implementation

- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory

Preferred / Value-Added Experience

- Knowledge or experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS)
- Prior experience in manufacturing environments
- Exposure to medical device or pharmaceutical (GxP-regulated) environments
- Experience with system validation and compliance documentation
- Knowledge of ITIL-based support models
