What You Will Do

Develop and implement forward-looking strategies to protect the production facilities of our global industrial clients against cyberattacks: In our team, you will advise management on how to make their Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) cyber-secure in the long term and implement market-leading solutions. Join our team as a IT/OT Security Consultant and take on a variety of tasks:

1. Compliance and Certification

- Lead ISO 27001 gap assessments, implementation programs, and audit readiness reviews for clients across industrial and technology sectors.
- Drive IEC 62443 compliance engagements covering zone and conduit modelling, security level determination, and certification preparation.
- Build compliance mapping artefacts linking IEC 62443 to ISO 27001, NIS2, and the EU Cyber Resilience Act.

2. IT and OT Security Advisory

- Conduct security risk assessments across IT and OT environments including threat modeling, asset inventory, and control gap analysis.
- Advise on security architecture for industrial environments including network segmentation, remote access hardening, and secure-by-design principles.




- Support incident response planning and tabletop exercise design for clients in critical infrastructure and energy sectors.

3. Product Security

- Contribute to product security assessments aligned with IEC 62443-4-1 secure development lifecycle and IEC 62443-4-2 component requirements.
- Support clients in building vulnerability disclosure programs and software bill of materials processes aligned with CRA obligations.
- Translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for engineering and product management teams.

What You Bring

Required

- Above-average completion of a technical, scientific or economic degree (e.g., in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, business informatics).
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience with IEC 62443.
- Working knowledge of ISO 27001 sufficient to lead a gap assessment or support a Stage 2 audit independently.
- Experience at a level that enables credible conversation with OT engineers and certification auditors.
- Experience in managing and dealing with stakeholders at the board level, as well as a robust customer focus and the ability to take on a leadership role in projects English (C1 level).

Strongly Preferred

- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification.
- IEC 62443 certification or demonstrated project delivery experience in OT or industrial environments.
- Exposure to NIS2, the EU Cyber Resilience Act, or equivalent frameworks in the energy or industrial sector.
- Familiarity with OT environments, industrial protocols, or SCADA and DCS architectures.
- Agile Mindset: You believe that a flexible mindset is just as important for success as knowledge and skills.
