We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple interior fit-out projects from site handover to final delivery. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning

- Prepare project execution schedules and milestones.
- Develop manpower, material, and procurement plans.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, accounts, and execution teams.
- Review drawings before execution and identify discrepancies.

Site Execution

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily progress and resolve site challenges.
- Conduct regular site inspections.

Client Coordination

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during execution.
- Conduct weekly project review meetings.




- Handle client queries and approvals.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project.

Vendor & Procurement Management

- Coordinate procurement according to project schedules.
- Ensure timely material delivery.
- Evaluate contractor performance.
- Verify vendor bills before processing.

Quality Control

- Implement quality standards for all work.
- Ensure workmanship meets company standards.
- Conduct snag inspections.
- Ensure timely rectification of defects.

Cost Control

- Monitor project budgets.
- Control material wastage.
- Approve extra work only after proper authorization.
- Track variations and change orders.

Documentation

- Maintain daily site reports.
- Update project progress reports.
- Maintain BOQs, material records, measurement sheets, and billing documents.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete.
