Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit for hospitality interior projects.
- Prepare complete construction documentation including:
- Interior fit-out drawings
- General arrangement drawings
- Detailed interior drawings
- Joinery & millwork details
- Coordination drawings
- Schedules

- Produce accurate, well-coordinated drawing packages as per client standards.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and project-specific requirements (UAE experience preferred).
- Coordinate with:

- Interior Designers
- Architects
- MEP Consultants
- Structural Consultants

- Participate in:

- BIM Coordination
- Clash Detection (Navisworks preferred)
- Model reviews
- Quality checks

- Take complete ownership of assigned projects and deliverables.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high documentation quality.

Required Skills





Mandatory

- 13 years of Revit experience on Interior Design projects.
- Solid knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
- Experience preparing detailed construction documentation.
- Good understanding of:
- Interior detailing
- Millwork / Joinery
- Ceiling layouts
- Flooring layouts
- Wall finishes
- Interior elevations

- Understanding of BIM workflows.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.

Preferred

- Hospitality Interior project experience.
- UAE / International project experience.
- Navisworks knowledge.
- Experience with BIM coordination.
- Understanding of LOD standards.
- Experience working with international clients.
