Key Responsibilities:

Retail Sales Officer (RSO)

- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their jewellery preferences and requirements.
- Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and precious jewellery with detailed product knowledge.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with premium retail standards.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue.
- Maintain visual merchandising, product displays, and showroom presentation.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Support billing, inventory management, product handling, and daily store operations.

Store Manager

- Manage complete showroom operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and maintain premium brand standards.
- Monitor daily sales performance, KPIs, and store profitability.
- Oversee inventory management, stock audits, shrinkage control, and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless operations.
- Prepare MIS reports and track store performance metrics.

Floor Manager

- Supervise the sales floor and ensure excellent customer engagement.
- Guide and support the sales team in achieving daily sales targets.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and showroom upkeep.




- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining service excellence.
- Monitor floor activities and maintain operational efficiency.

Cashier

- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.
- Process cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods.
- Maintain daily cash records and reconcile transactions.
- Assist customers with invoices, exchanges, and payment-related queries.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer checkout.

Commercial Manager

- Manage inventory planning, stock movement, and commercial operations.
- Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and inventory control.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and internal teams.
- Prepare commercial reports, stock analysis, and operational MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Eligibility CriteriaRetail Sales Officer (RSO)

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Jewellery Retail Sales.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Presentable personality with a sales-oriented approach.

Store Manager

- 4-10 years of experience in Jewellery Retail, including team handling.
- Minimum 12 years in a leadership role (Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager).
- Strong leadership, sales, and operational management skills.

Floor Manager

- 3–8 years of experience in Jewellery or Luxury Retail.
- Experience in managing showroom operations and leading a sales team.

Cashier

- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Cashier in Jewellery or Retail.
- Good knowledge of billing software and payment handling.

Commercial Manager

- 4–8 years of experience in inventory, commercial, or operations within Jewellery Retail.
- Robust analytical, inventory management, and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Jewellery Retail is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Target-oriented with a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and festive seasons.
