Role & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri and other job portals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle until onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
- Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.




- Hands-on experience with the Naukri portal is mandatory.
- Experience in sourcing IT professionals across various technologies.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
