Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems in a timely and skilled manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by identifying root causes and providing appropriate solutions
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM or support tools
- Provide product and service information clearly to customers
- Meet or exceed defined service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction targets
- Collaborate with internal teams such as technical and product teams to improve customer experience
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process or product improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 24 years of experience in a Customer Support / Customer Service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with good accent




- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience working with CRM or ticketing tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-centric attitude with a strong focus on quality and empathy
- Basic technical understanding

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of IT support processes
- Willingness to work in early morning shifts, if required

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
