Looking for a Regional Manager for a leading Life Insurance company to drive NPS & annuity business.
Experience: 7-15 years in Annuity / Retirement / Pension (Candidates with this experience only are considered)
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 7-15 years of experience in NPS/ Annuity
- Team Handling experience should be there
- Robust understanding of Corporate NPS and retirement planning
- Proven experience in team handling and target-driven roles
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
