Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation, ensuring all records and reports are systematically filed for easy reference by the project management team.

- Consistently monitor sub-contractors and in office workers, with special emphasis on adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) activities and protocols.

- Collect, verify, and submit worker credentials and documents necessary for statutory requirements such as ESI (Employees State Insurance) and PF (Provident Fund)

- Plan daily work in advance in collaboration with the Project Manager (PM), notifying sub-contractors and workers at least a day ahead of scheduled execution for effective workflow.

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers at the site, handling communications and resolving issues according to established company policies and guidelines.





- Immediately escalate and update new or additional customer requirements to the Project Manager, following up to ensure speedy and satisfactory action.

- Understand and report the working conditions, requirements, or challenges of sub-contractors and workers to relevant levels of management for prompt attention and resolution.

- Engage in daily learning by seeking and applying knowledge shared by technical and management professionals, striving for ongoing self-development towards the senior engineer role.

- Demonstrate a proactive, continuous learning attitude; making prompt corrections based on feedback and lessons learned is highly valued, especially for junior engineers.
