Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- 1. Develop and implement a regional technical training strategy aligned with business goals and divisional requirements.
- 2. Assess training needs across various divisions through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and stakeholder discussions.
- 3. Create and manage an annual training calendar for technical and functional learning programs.
- 4. Design and deliver technical training modules for different divisions, including service, operations, engineering, sales, and other business functions as applicable.
- 5. Develop training content such as manuals, SOPs, presentations, digital learning modules, and technical learning aids.
- 6.



Coordinate with division heads and subject matter experts to ensure training relevance and standardization.
- 7. Conduct train the trainer programs and support capability building for internal trainers.
- 8. Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, field performance, and operational metrics.
- 9. Prepare regular MIS and training reports for management review.
- 10. Manage training infrastructure, regional training resources, external vendors, and budgets.
- 11. Ensure standard training quality and compliance across all regional locations.
