Introduction

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Generative AI Engineer with 3+ years of experience in designing and developing AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building intelligent solutions using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, RAG architectures, and vector databases to solve real-world business challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Create and optimize prompts to improve AI model accuracy, relevance, and performance.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and semantic search techniques.
- Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and open-source LLMs into enterprise applications.
- Develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and content generation solutions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify AI use cases and deliver scalable solutions.
- Evaluate, fine-tune,



and enhance LLM performance for domain-specific requirements.
- Implement API integrations and backend services for AI applications.
- Ensure adherence to AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.

Preferred Candidate

- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or Generative AI development.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python and AI application development.
- Experience working with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Weaviate.
- Good understanding of NLP, embeddings, semantic search, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP (Preferred).
- Robust problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in fine-tuning open-source LLMs and building enterprise AI solutions is an added advantage.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred.
